The chorus to the new single - Cry, which is released on Friday 29th March 2024.

This single is from the upcoming album - Where Memories Die, which consists of nine tracks.

Cry is a bit slower than i've done for a while and it was written very quickly at the beginning of January 2024 - I think I had the main vibe of the track, including a quick lyrical vocal idea, done in less than an hour. 

I then worked on it over a few more hours, the next couple of days, until i was fairly happy with how it was sounding.

The vocals were a one take and although I tried to redo them a couple of more times, I felt that the first take captured what I was trying to achieve better.

It was written mainly using Spitfire's Solar Trevor Horn application and their Appassionata Strings (both of which I purchased for Xmas in their sale). I also used some Jupiter 4 and Zenology, as well as further strings from the String Ensemble Symphony Series. The drums were created using the VPS Avenger plugin.

I hope you enjoy this track as much as I do.
